Everyone stop looking at the Mets Pride Night!

Grace is back with another episode. First, she talks about the current rut the Mets are in. Losing in every way possible, not being a pleasant viewing experience, and multiple pitcher injuries. THe trade deadline is on the horizon, and the Mets will likely need to make several moves.

Next, she discusses the discourse that happened around the Mets Pride NIght this year. Despite it seeming to be a very normal Pride Night, a three second clip taken out of context was co-opted by bad faith accounts and now the Mets have been pulled into an insane discourse cycle, and of course it’s being taken out on the people on the bottom of the ladder.

Finally, Grace has a double movie minute for Pride. A modern teen romcom and a more classic predecessor, each of which has its share of flaws but their heart outweighs most of the issues.
